Indoors, it estimates location by triangulating nearby Wi-Fi signals. Generally, it will be able to locate the watch, except in extremely isolated areas, such as basements or places without Wi-Fi signals. It’s worth mentioning that it is always possible to request a precise location of the watch, a process that may take up to a minute, depending on the environmental conditions.
Habitual locations send a notification to the RobinGen mobile app when entering or leaving them, making it easier to track movements and alerting about potential emergencies.
There are also safe zones. Our virtual assistant will detect if the watch has left the safe zone. This feature can be automatically enabled or disabled to prevent forgetfulness.
AirTags need to be close to other Apple devices to track objects. If your child is not within range of an Apple device, the AirTag won’t be able to locate them. It has an international protection rating of IP67, ensuring resistance against dust and water from any direction. It can also be submerged in water at a depth of up to 1 metre for 30 minutes without sustaining damage.
Charging the watch is extremely simple, thanks to a magnetic cable that attaches to the device, making the process easier. Additionally, the watch will notify you on the screen, through sound, and in the app when the battery is low. You can either charge it daily for 20 minutes or wait until the battery is completely drained. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
Yes, the monthly/annual plan includes 500min/month call minutes. Once these minutes are used up, you can purchase additional minute packages according to your needs. Additionally, there is no limit on the number of invited users in the RobinGen app for a single watch.
No, there is no contract. You can cancel the subscription at any time, either by phone or email, whenever you wish.
